After some great time and effort on behalf of ATRA's president, Pete Antonvich, ATRA is now a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Moving forward this is a great step in the growth of ATRA and it's mission to provide service to it's member velodromes and continue the growth of track cycling in the US.
