USA Cycling announces revised eligibility for Elite Track National Champs.

Colorado Springs, Colo. (March 24, 2011) — USA Cycling has announced a revision to qualification for its USA Cycling Elite Track National Championships. USA Cycling will be discontinuing the Velodrome Championships which have previously been used as qualifying races for the USA Cycling Elite Track National Championships.
