With a recently unveiled new velodrome logo and what looks to be a lot of work by the Northern California Velodrome Association team, the folks managing the Hellyer County Park Velodrome's brand new website. Per the site:
Welcome to the website of the Hellyer County Park Velodrome, Northern
California’s only dedicated bicycle racing facility. The velodrome,
operated within Santa Clara’s Hellyer County Park, has offered bike
racing opportunities for beginner through world-class racers since 1963.
On these pages you can find resources for getting started on the
track, a calendar of race and training sessions, and information on how
to get involved in running the velodrome.
